This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), and rules thereunder. In case of any discrepancy between translations, the English version will prevail.

By accessing and using the Argo Navis website, mobile site, or mobile applications (the "Platform"), you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, and other applicable Argo Navis policies.

01 Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Asthid Private Limited ("Asthid", "Argo Navis", "we", "us", "our"), having its registered office at Ground Floor, 89, 13th Cross, GKVK Double Road, Thindlu, M V Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560097, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal data.

Our services and products are offered only in India. Your personal data is primarily governed by Indian law and stored in India, though some of it may be processed or stored outside India to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Support & Communication: chats, calls, or emails with Argo Navis customer care.

  • Public Information: reviews, posts, or content voluntarily shared on the Platform.
Dormancy & Data Minimisation

If you do not access your Account for 1 (one) year, Argo Navis may delete your Account data (including transactional data) subject to legal retention requirements.

03 Purpose of Use

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • Processing, fulfilling, and delivering orders.
  • Sending order updates, service communications, and support.
  • Personalising recommendations, offers, and user experience.
  • Fraud detection, risk management, and platform security.
  • Identity verification, eligibility checks, and compliance.

04 AI Features and Model Training

If you choose to use Argo Navis's AI-enabled features (e.g., style suggestions, chatbot assistance, product recommendations):

  • Certain data (including behaviour and voluntary uploads) may be used to provide these services and to train or improve AI models.
  • Such technologies may sometimes produce unexpected or inaccurate results; user discretion is advised.

09 Children's Information

The Platform is available only to persons competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children under 18 years.

If you share data of a child under 18, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian and authorise Argo Navis to process such data in accordance with this Policy, and you assume responsibility for the accuracy and legality of sharing such data.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Argo Navis is not responsible for their content, data collection, or privacy practices. Please review the privacy policies of third-party sites before sharing any information with them.

11 Choice / Opt-Out

You may opt out of non-essential (marketing or promotional) communications by using unsubscribe links in emails, adjusting your app settings, or through the Privacy Centre on the Platform.

Transactional communications (order confirmations, delivery updates, returns processing) will continue, as they are necessary to complete your transactions.

12 Advertisements

We may work with third-party advertising partners to display ads on the Platform. These partners may use non-identifiable information about your visits to tailor ads to your interests.

You may opt out of personalised advertising using your device's "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" settings.

13 Business Transfers

In case of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of business, your personal data may be transferred to the new entity. Such entity will be bound to process your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

16 Security Breach Response

Argo Navis maintains internal policies and procedures to respond to information security breaches, including detection, analysis, containment, remediation, and recovery measures.

Where required by law, Argo Navis will notify affected users and regulators of breaches within prescribed timelines.

17 Data Retention and Fraud Prevention

In addition to retention for legal compliance, Argo Navis may retain certain personal data to prevent fraud or identity theft, detect repeated misuse of the Platform, or enforce our rights or defend against legal claims.

Such data may be stored in anonymised or restricted form for extended periods to safeguard Argo Navis and its users.
